Account & Data Deletion

Pawkey allows users to delete their account and associated data directly from within the app.

In-app Account Deletion

  1. Open the Pawkey app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Select Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

What Data is Deleted

When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Pawkey user account
  • Pet profiles and pet photos
  • Reminders and app preferences
  • Any other data linked to the user account

Data Retention

  • Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

Alternative Request Method

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by emailing us directly.
